Donna Zhang
In 1997 she graduated from Saitama University in Japan where she obtained her Master’s Degree of Arts in copperplate engraving. She devoted herself to the copperplate engraving work and research for nearly 7 years. Then, after several visits to Tibet she became intrigued by the strength of character that shows in the Tibetans' faces, that inspired her to paint many Tibetan portraits.
